Values and behaviours
A set of values to live by.
Phoenix Footwear is a leading global footwear sourcing specialist in the UK. They approached us to identify their team values and create a culture deck. The deck would guide the existing team and give customers and potential employees a good idea of how the company conducts its business.
First, we created a short values workshop that would suit the team. Though the team have big ambitions and knows exactly what they want, they hadn’t defined any company values until now, so we were starting from scratch with everyone’s input – a brilliant place to be in our book!
Our high-energy workshop laid a great foundation for our wordsmith, Sophie, to start writing. We finished the morning with a fixed set of words, their values, and a firm idea of the team’s goals and objectives; words and phrases that we ensured weaved throughout the final culture deck.
The result was a bold, eye-catching PDF reflecting what’s important to Phoenix Footwear. It included updated Purpose, Vision and Mission statements, a new set of values and more about how Phoenix Footwear works. The plan is to expand this in the future as the team grows.
