Virtual Share Program

Shining a light on future construction from the inside.

GROPYUS Technologies is a brilliant German start-up that is shaking up the building industry with their affordable, state of the art construction kits.

We were approached by an old adidas AG contact who had moved into the role: Head of People. She needed us to communicate how their Virtual Share Program (VSP) worked in a way that everyone understood and could get behind. And there were new recruits, but also employees who had been there for some time, to present the VSP to - two different audiences - so two ever-so-slightly different messages.

First we conducted interviews with key stakeholders and held a workshop with the board in order to understand the VSP. After some very productive back and forth with key stakeholders, gathering feedback and making changes, the result was two clear and clean PDFs: one for potential recruits and one for current employees - each with slightly different positioning of the updated VSP structure. Each contained images to describe the VSP, a useful key with new word explanations and an FAQ section.

We were delighted with how positive the feedback was, especially from employees who have been in the business for a while. Colleagues, new and old now have a clear picture of the four year options plan, beautifully explained and laid out. We really enjoyed this project from beginning to end and hope to work with the team again very soon.
